Mooveapalooza!: Donation & Recycling Event

Get ready for the inaugural MOOVEAPALOOZA: a donation and recycling extravaganza! Bring your gently used clothing, household goods, furniture and more so they can be reused instead of sent out to pasture! And you can recycle your mattress for a small fee! This event is hosted as a collaboration between Dane County Waste + Renewables, City of Madison, 7 Rivers Recycling, Habitat for Humanity of Dane County and St. Vincent de Paul of Dane County. Accepted for recycling:
Mattresses and box springs* ($20/each)

The following items** will be accepted for donation:

• Working Fridges + Freezers
• Working AC Units
• Working Microwaves
• Working Electronics
• Sporting Goods
• Clothing Items + Accessories
• Artwork + Collectibles
• Musical Instruments
• Toys + Games
• Books + Magazines
• Non-Perishable Food Items

*Mattresses and box springs will be charged separately. Futons and all sizes of mattresses will be accepted. Mattresses must be dry and free from bedsheets and excessive stains.
** Please ensure that donated items are clean and in usable condition. Please bag or box small items such as clothing or accessories.
